The Rainwater Division makes every effort to openly communicate with it customer's. To support this effort citizens might come home to find one of our "Door Hangers". These are used to provide information on the status of work requests and for the division to investigate individual issues. Customers are encouraged to contact the individual listed to continue the conversation.
