If a blue Recycle Cart/Blue Bin is contaminated, the recycle truck driver will tag the cart or bin, notate address and contamination. You as resident/owner are responsible to keep the recycling uncontaminated. If contamination isn't removed the cart/bin is subject to confiscation.
