What qualifies as a junk vehicle?

It shall be unlawful for the occupant of any lot in the city, or owner of any lot in the city, or agent or representative of any such occupant or owner, to permit or maintain on such lot any junked motorized vehicle. Has to violate 2 or more of the following:
- Not having a current license tag or a state certificate of registration;
- Missing some critical part such as, but not limited to, wheels, engine, transmission, or chassis;
- Having unknown ownership;
- Overgrown with vegetation;
- A responsible adult, resident or property owner, from two or more premises having direct view of the vehicle from their premises, makes a signed complaint about the junked motorized vehicle.
- No longer operational;
- Has flat tires. (Columbus Code Section 13-167.7b)
